Hello,
Trinessa can be a reason for your nausea, cramps and diarrhea.

Just make sure other things are not the reason or contributing like outside food, spicy food.
If no then it is because of Trinessa.

It is advisable not to stop medication before 21 days of the cycle as much as possible.

If symptoms are intolerable or not getting relieved with symptomatic treatment they we have no option but to stop Trinessa.

You need to meet Doctor and ask for other options for contraception like implanon, very low dose oc pills

hope this helps.
