What Causes Nausea And Thirst With A Kidney Infection?

i have a kidney infection (currently being treated under antibiotics)-i have been unwell for the past two months with nausea, thirst, tiresness-is there a possibility there could be a spider angioma in my kidney? In 2006 I had surgery for a cavernous haemangioma in my front left temporal lobe. Thank you
