What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Sensation In A Child?

My 5 year old daughter has been experiencing bursts of nausea since last night without vomiting. She has an appetite and has been eating and drinking. She suddenly becomes pink, then pale and feels like vomiting. It subsides after a few seconds. Any thoughts?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Your daughter could be suffering from a gastro intestinal infection. Give her ondansetron to reduce the nausea. There is not much to worry about since her feeding is normal. Give ORS if vomiting occurs.
