What Causes Nausea And Vomiting With Pain During Bowels?

I started vomiting earlier today and now feel fine. I just have a headache, but I seem to be sensitive to smells now and when I went to pee earlier I had a horrible sharp pain where I felt as if I could not move.
It did not burn though. I am a 33 year old female in good health.

Hello,

Whatever is the pain ?? Since when you are suffering from the above problem?? Possible causes are acute gastritis or Irritable Bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malabsorption syndromes etcetera. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
