What Causes Nausea And Watery Stool Post Miralax Intake?

I was told by the doctor to take Miralax for severe constipation and i took 17 grams in a 32 oz gatorade. That’s what my doctor told me to do. A few minutes after taking the laxative 8oz every 15 minutes, my stomach started feeling nauseous and a few minutes after i’ve had super watery poop and only a few stools. Is this normal and is it helping?

Nausea is from possible gastric upset by Miralax. The watery stool is the basic action of Miralax to cleanse the gut.
