hi I was wondering every morning when I get up I all ways feel like im gonna throw up feeling kinda weak im not pregnant.ive talked to my cousin she had the same feeling she said that she found out that she had a bleeding ulcer but I hate to think that,,i don t have a doctor to go to so that s why im asking what do I do

well it is difficult to come to a diagnosis without taking further history or examining you....and for that you should see a PHYSICIAN....
i can advise you the following-

take small frequent meals
avoid fatty food
take tab domperidone-pantoprazole in empty stomach once daily
do some physical exercise like running, walking, cycling for better metabolism...

give me feedback after 7 days...
