What Causes Nausea, Back Pain And Orange Discolouration In Urine?
I had a bad fever the other day for 2 days cold chills, and my urine has been a dark orange, I have been drinking about 6 to 7 20 oz bottles of water but it s still dark, I have also been sweating uncontrollably, upper middle back pain, nausea and very light headed and tired

As your symptoms seems to kidney stones.
back pain and discoloration in urine output indicates urinary tract infection and stones in the kidney which causing you the problem.
infection may triggered the fever.
kindly visit a physician do urine routine and culture and ultrasound abdomen to rule out the cause for the problem.
