What Causes Nausea, Bloating And Fatigue Even After Removing Gall Bladder?

my mother is having fatigue, nausea, bloating. She recently had her gall bladder removed and she is still having these symptoms. Also she had a chest scan and the doctor said that her adrenal gland was shriveled and dying?? could this be causing her symptoms? If so what would the recommended treatments be. She is 70 years old and a smoker.
