What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Stomach Pain With Vaginal Bleeding?
Hello, I got off my period a few days ago and since this morning I have been nauseous, light headed, with stomach pains, and had a headache all day that would not go away with medicine. This evening I went to the bathroom and I am bleeding bright red blood. What could this be? There is no chance I am pregnant, I am 100% certain.
