What Causes Nausea, Fever, Vomiting And Pain In The Stomach In A 7 Year Old?
Hi Dr. my 7 yr.old daughter started running a fever from yesterday after school till now. She's been very lethargic and is complaining of pain in her belly, she's nauseous and vomits up spit or liquidy stuff, the nausea wakes her up from sleep. She pooped this morning and ate a little bit through out today. Now the fever is back & her whole entire tummy is sore

your daughter could be having a stomach infection which is causing her to have the fevers. you need to get a blood test done to rule out infection.
if the tummy is really sore then you need to get a scan done to rule out appendicitis as well.
would suggest you should see a doctor and get the above investigations done
