Hi.I gave birth 7 months ago. And since then I ve been having nausea, headaches, weakness. I have taken my blood pressure and sometimes its 145/100. Other times its 103/64..I ve hadblood tests, ekg, heart ultrasound doctors sai everything looks normal. Its now been a month now that I have been reducing my sodium and doing 1 hour of cardio a day I still feel the symptoms. Also i have a history of anxiety . can anxiety affect my blood pressure??? Or what do you think is making me feel this way? By the way I m 24 years old and this is my third pregnancy
