My 2 year old threw up twice this afternoon and hasn t done anything since. She says she feels good. What could it be .. Do you think it would be a stomach bug if nothing else happens, It never fails that I alway get the stomach bug when she gets it and I really don t want it

It seems like one episode of food indigestion. No need to worry. Observe him if no episode happened again stay relax. You can deworm the baby by giving Vermox for three days.
