What Causes Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, Headache And Lighter Periods?
Ive been feeling nauseas and have a massive decrease in my appetite. ive gone from eating 3 meals a day and snacking inbetween to only having breakfast and dinner. ive also only recently started having headaches and had a very light period for one day

Would like to know your age, whether you are taking any medications currently. We’re your periods regular before? Are you married or not? Periods becoming light could be due to many causes and also headache could be due to eye issues/ sleeplessness/ migraines etc.
