What Causes Nausea, Lower Stomach Cramps And Vomiting?
I m experiencing nausea, hot/cold, have semi soft fecal matter, lower stomach cramps and I am vomiting yellowish-green. my temp is at 97.1.I have to work today and want to make sure I m not gunna get anyone sick because a coworkers wife has cancer. She just got back from treatments and we can t risk her getting sick or she could die.

Looking at symptoms you have mentioned it seems to be a case of acute gastritis due to stomach hyperacidity
in my opinion you should take tab pantoprazole plus domperidone with antacids for immediate relief
Have plenty of fluids and ORS to avoid dehydration
