64 yr female full menopause for 5 years now. I need to start taking something as it s getting worse instead of better. sleeplessness (I have taken ambien and melatonin but neither help me sleep through the night) hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, weight gain all the classic signs of menopause, what do you know about herbal equilibrium verse menoquil.

Noted your history of being 64, in full menopause for 5 years, have problems of sleeplessness in spite of ambien and melatonin, hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings and weight gain which you feel are due to menopausal syndrome, wants to know about herbal equilibirum versus menoquil. First of all I would advise you to consult your Gynecologist and an Endocrinologist, get a clinical evaluation and tests of blood hormones to see whether this is related to menopause or something else. Herbal have the problem of not calibrated dosage and may not suit your requirement as you are already 64. Hence you should have the medicines as per the advise of the Specialists as mentioned above.
