What Causes Nausea, Stomach Bloating And Acidity?

I have been experiencing nausea, stomach bloating and abdomin bloating and severe gasous state over the last week. Even if I drink water and eat yogurt, I feel these conditions...this seemed to all start when my sinus passages began to drip to the back of my throat all night. Could this be the reason ?
