What Causes Nausea, Sweating And Fainting?

I am 55 years old and I weigh 270 lbs. I am a male. Every once in a while I get very naseated and I sweat profusly. If I were to stand up I would probably faint. I get pale and just don t feel right,. It last about 15 minutes then it goes away. Any answers?

Unstable blood pressure (low blood pressure for example is a possibility. Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) also should be considered. Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.
