Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bending down may cause triggering of vestibular apparatus balance system lead to vomiting. Possible causes are Low blood pressure or low blood sugar or infection of middle ear or anemia or cardiac problems panic attacks or medication side effects etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
