What Causes Nausea , Vomiting And Dehydration?

I went to ER last Tuesday with right side pain, nausea, vomiting, and dehydration. They gave me IV fluids, pain med, and Zofran through IV. Symptoms came back the next morning so went to Dr and now waiting for Surgeon appointment next week. I am now vomiting green bile when side pain occurs. Should I wait for appointment or go to ER? What is going on?

It sounds like your symptoms may be related to gallbladder problems. I suspect they may have done an ultrasound in the ER. Since you are having ongoing symptoms I would go back to the ER to see if any complications have occurred and also to get relief. I surgical consult could also be arranged there. I don't think you will be able to wait for the appointment.
