What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Weakness And Constipation In An 85-year-old?

84 yr old female; sick for 4 months; NP has done blood tests and full gut ultra sound; changed blood pressure medicine; recommended PT; diagnose calcified inner ear; low blood pressure; malnutrition; symptoms include nausea; vomiting; bloating; dizzy; weak; constipated. Any suggestions?

The given symptoms may not be due to any major illness so nothing will come in testing but it seems to be geriatric symptoms (Age related). Balanced diet according to age, vitamin supplement and good water intake may help or improve the condition. Else the symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and for that Omeprazole with Domperidone and enzyme preparation can be used.
