What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weight Loss And Depression?

I am a 72 yr old woman with metastatic BCA to lung and spine. Been treated with Faslodex for 3 yrs. I was fine until several mos. ago. I have been nauseous and throwing up for months which has resulted in dehydration and hospitalization. I am depressed and miserable. HAVE LOST 35 LBS! Currently taking Denosumab monthly, as well. what s wrong with me??
