Hi thanks for asking question.

Get your stool examination first....

If pus cell with bacteria- bacterial dysentery
Or colitis may present
Cefixime like antibiotic needed for it.
If pus cell with egg -amebic dysentery might

For that metronidazole needed.

Get your anal area examined for anal fissure by proctoscopy.

If still cause not clear USG and colonoscopy useful.

It might show some suspician area and biopsy could be useful for further diagnosis like inflammatory bowel disease or non specific colitis.

Meanwhile
-take more water
-green leafy veg and fruits
-avoid spicy food
-small meal at frequent interval
-avoid smoking
-avoid excess junk food

Wish you good health.
