What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain And Watery Stool?

Im 24, about 5 4. I weigh about 170 lb and dont have any serious health issues. Hi, last night i was feeling very nauseous and vomited at least three or four times. Ive never felt like this before. It was painful to vomit but felt relief soon after until nausea started again. I managed to sleep in the early hours. Today im feeling much better, i dont feel nauseous but have headache, stomach ache and my stool is watery. Should i be worried and go see a doctor?
