What Causes Nausea, Watery Stools With Blood And Fatigue?

I have white floating something with blood on it in my stools feeling nauseated and fatigue have just eaten soup and right away went to the bathroom for the fourth time today Hi I have been feeling really nauseated in the morning and have liquid stools now and fatigue along with discomfort in my upper abdomen just now I found white floating something with blood on it in my stools I was told I can t eat gluten which I have been doing but still feel sickly

Hi thanks for asking question in HCM...

Noted you have mucus with blood in stool.

Here possibilies are.....
-Parasitic infection like amebic dysentery
-shigella like bacterial infection
-acute bacterial gastroenteritis
-celiac disease like malabsorption syndrome
- Inflammatory bowel disease

For infection stool examination done.
And according antibiotic and anthelmitic drug given....
Ex..ornidazole for ameba useful....
Ciprofloxacin for bacterial infection...
More fruits and green leafy veg taken..
Junk food avoided for few days...

If cause not clear then for further work up colonoscopy needed.
