I am currently taking Percocet for pain post TKR Surgery. I am almost 4 weeks post op. I feel terrible; nauseous, hot and cold flashes; stomach pains, lack of appetite, moderate rash across back. I quit taking them two weeks ago then started back and last night I quit again forsame reasons. I have felt terrible all day. How long will it take for this feeling to go away?
Dear patient percocet contain acetaminophen plus oxycodone. oxycodone has side effect of nausea and vomiting. It can he prevented by taking tan emset half an hour before percocet. Side effect usually persists till the drug is continued.
