hi there, i have been feeling really Nauseous for the last 3 weeks mainly after i eat, i have a really yuk feeling at the bottom centre of my chest, it feels as though i need to vomit. i also get regular head aches and feel like i need to go to the toilet and im either constipated or just need to pass wind or i have diarhoa
Please avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid fatty food. Avoid dairy products and pain killer medication. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week, and tablet simethicone twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

In this condition, you may develop pain in epigastrium and pain after eating and feeling of nausea or vomiting after eating. Other possibilities like irritable bowel problems, or inflammatory bowel syndrome or food intolerance. Please avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid fatty food. Avoid dairy products and pain killer medication. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week, and tablet simethicone twice a day for five days.
