What Causes Nausea?
I woke up this morning around 4 am with the room spinning it was hard for me to walk and I had pretty bad nausea and dry heaving. I caked in sick, have been sleeping most the day. The spinning subsided after a few hours, i still feel weird and weak with a little nausea. I can walk normal again.
