What Causes Nausea?

i feel nauseous every evening for the last 5-6 days. I don't vomit but it feels like i am about to. i have no new furniture or pet at home, and i am actually eating lighter and healthier than usual, since I have more time at home this month. i am female 29 years, 52 kg, 1.62 m.
