What Causes Nausea,gas And Decrease In Appetite?
I have nausea, gas and significantly decreased appetite (even when I feel hungry) almost constantly since radical hysterectomy five months ago. also I continue to have trapped gas pain in back regularly. I feel weak and tired often. I cannot eat salad without nausea and sometimes vomiting. could I have a perforation in my stomach?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I recommend using simethicone medication for the bloating three tablets a day.
I also recommend taking vitamin C supplements to increase my appetite. I suggest to drink liquids and avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.
