Hi there ... Can anyone help me I started out with a migrane and not feeling good 3 days back , and since then I ve been nousious and light headed .. Also m bloodpreure spikes up and down . Had high bloodpresure last uear was on treatment for 6 months then got to low so stopped the meds . I ve been loosing weight and not doing anything to loose it ! The doctor did test m total bloodcount and kidney and other test but all test are normal ? Help what can it be ???
You are having migraine and hypertension problem..
For hypertension you have stopped using anti hypertensive medication ..That should not be done... If blood pressure is under control than maintenance low dose of drug prescribed but should not stopped by own without doctor advise..
For migraine attack ibuprofen tablet can be taken..If not helpful than rizatriptan 5 mg tablet can be taken at onset and if still headache than second dose can be taken after 2 hour..
If repeated migraine attacks comes than prophylactic amitryptillin like drug can be started
For weight lossdepression, HIV ,Chronic infection, hyperthyroid etc are some causes which can be ruled out by doctor after examination and accordingly investigation..
Consult nearby physician for examination with keeping my answer in mind...
