Hi welcome to the health care magic.. You are having migraine and hypertension problem.. For hypertension you have stopped using anti hypertensive medication ..That should not be done... If blood pressure is under control than maintenance low dose of drug prescribed but should not stopped by own without doctor advise.. For migraine attack ibuprofen tablet can be taken..If not helpful than rizatriptan 5 mg tablet can be taken at onset and if still headache than second dose can be taken after 2 hour.. If repeated migraine attacks comes than prophylactic amitryptillin like drug can be started For weight loss depression, HIV ,Chronic infection, hyperthyroid etc are some causes which can be ruled out by doctor after examination and accordingly investigation..
