September 10 I started then for three days very light one pad for the whole day and another day just spotting. Typical I have a seven day period with a heavy flow. A week later I started feeling nauseated I threw up a couple of times and I have had some light cramping and mild headaches, just today both of my nipples have a tingly sensation and last week I took four prengnancy test all neagtive. Should I be concerned?
Since you had spotting and did not get a proper period as you always had and now have nausea associated with vomiting and headaches, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get a per vaginal check up done. If needed a USG (uterus) should be done to confirm pregnancy.
HCG appears in the blood faster than in the urine. You can have a repeat urine test or a blood test done after a couple of days. You can be pregnant if you did not use proper contraception and had unprotected sex. Take rest, avoid stress or addictions if any. Stay well hydrated. Take adequate sleep.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
