I have been feeling fatigue and nausa for a week. I even lost five pounds. Then on the 6th day I got so sick I vomitted and been in bed for 5 more days. Lost 5 more pounds due nausa, no energy. At first I thought I had a virus so I did nothing but when it didn t go away. I noticed mouth sores. I didn t go to dr because I couldn t drive. I found some old antibotics I took which helped a little. Do you know what may have happened? Or should I give in and go to dr?
Hello I share your concern You should see a doctor in your time as it might be related to food poisoning, acute gastroenteritis or food allergy I would advise you to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids and antiemetic like domperidone for vomiting
You should take lots of fluids including ORS to maintain good hydration Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet
weight loss is a matter of concern and it warrnats detailed evaluation, either write back to me with relevant medical history or consult your nearest doctor. Thanks for your question, please do let me know if I can assist you any further. best wishes
