What Causes Neck Pain And Headaches While Suffering From Migraines?

I have been diagnosed with migraines that came on all of a sudden. More than likely hormonal (I m 51). I am taking the generic version of Topomax (25 mg x 3). I have been experiencing a lot of neck pain associated with these headaches. Is this normal?

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
It seems you are suffering from tensive headache and migraine attacks
It happens don't worry too much you aren't missed diagnosed
I think you will dominate pain if you start the right treatment
Topamax is effective so don't change it, you should try triptans to dominate migraine attacks
Avoid caffein abuse, avoid amethyst drinks and don't miss meals
I don't think you have reason to worry too much, tensive headache is fully treatable
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
