What Causes Neck Pain In The Morning With Tiny Knots Under The Ear?
I WOKE UP WITH MY ENTIRE NECK HURTING FROM SLEEPING ON IT ROUGH THE NIGHT BEFORE...NOW THE PAIN IS GONE EXCEPT FOR THESE TINY KNOTS UNDER MY LEFT EAR ON MY NECK..I WAS WONDERING ARE THEY THERE BECAUSE OF THE TRAUMA OF SLEEPING WRONG OR SOMETHING ELSE

Those tiny knots are post auricular lypmh nodes.
They may be enlarged due to some sub clinical infection.. An antibiotic course of 3 days will suffice..nothing to worry.
