The symptoms are quite suggestive of a possible
nerve impingement when they come out of the
spinal cord through the
vertebral column. I feel it can be said that this would explain the cause of all your symptoms. However pain in swallowing cannot be really attributed to it.
Short of an examination, I would suggest an
MRI of the brain and screen of spine to be sure.
