I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..
In my opinion i think you have cervical
radiating pain due to
nerve compression , i suggest you do an
MRI to exclude disc herniation .
For now you may use painkillers like
advil tabs when needed , hot massages with topical gels , B12 vitamin supplements , muscle relaxants will be fine for most of cases .
If pain persists i recommend you visit your physician for proper evaluation and management .
