I live in India and am 35 years old. I have 2 children and am not working. For over 2 weeks now, I have developed a problem where I wake up every morning with a pain in the left side of the neck. The pain is dull except when I turn to the left side, bend my head or lift my head. The pain recedes later part of the day although there is a dull ache throughout. The next morning the pain is aggravated. I have not changed the pillow or the bed and my daily schedule is not any different either.
Could you help me with how to sort out this problem.ry here...
