Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. There are basically two causes of such pain. One is cervical spondylosis and another is cervical disc prolapse. It requires clinical examination, your age, x ray and MRI to make the diagnosis. Basic treatment of it is rest to neck, Mecobalamin and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
