Just noticed a nervous tremor in my right forearm. It lasted for approximately 1 1/2 minutes while i was using a pair of scissors to cut some paper. To my knowledge, this is the first time. I have no other symptoms that I am aware of. What am I experiencing?
What you experienced might be a motor focal seizure. It is an involuntary movement, due to an anomalous and synchronic electrical discharge in the brain. I suggest keep watching you, and if it happens again, videotape it if it's possible. You can look for a neurologist and get an electroencephalogram (looking for epileptic abnormalities), and a head CT or MRI to see if there is any lesion that could explain the movement.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
