Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Thanks. For several years now I ve been experiencing night sweats that leave my chest soaking wet. I wind up changing my tee shirt during the night, and often my location so my pillow and bedding can dry. I m almost 71. My exercise consists of occasional - though intense - yard work (pruning, weeding, etc). I m about 10 lbs overweight (well maybe 15). I eat a heart healthy diet, usually cooked at home. I drink 3-4 glasses of water per day in addition to beverages (non-alcoholic) and fluids with meals. I may have a little decaf once in a while (mostly chai or green tea). I have a HX of basil cell CA so I try to stay indoors more than I would really like. I average 7 hours of sleep per night. What else might be helpful information?
