Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been on two zopiclone a night for thirty years or more. Sometimes only take one or one and a half but have now reached the stage at 72 that I would be a much better creature on 2 1/2 or three some nights. The problem now is not such much not sleeping but getting now benefit from sleep because of continuous hectic dreaming. The dreaming is knackering and by morning I m ready to sleep but of course shut my eyes and instantly dream. Doctor says in England they are now restricted to less than two a night. Two and a half would keep my as a very steady person. I take one-and-a-half or two together with two bispirone and occasional Nytol which gives me about four hours before the frightful dreaming comes on again.
