What Causes Nipple Discharge And Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi, i took a depot shot around the second week of january after having an abortion the week before and was supposed to go back the last or first week of april but decided not to due to the side effects. its been about 4 months now of on and off spotting and I have been getting pregnancy symptoms. I woke up with sore breasts and nipples and when i went into the shower the shower was hurting my nipples to I dried them off and squeezed them to test if it was just the shower hurting them but it hurt and clear liquid came out. After my shower and finishing drying off i squeezed my nipples again to see if it wasnt the shower that made liquid came out but it came out again. What can this possibly be?

Because of hormone disturbance such symptoms of liquid oozing form nipple could be possible and this may be due to hormone shots that you have taken, if this persistence then this need to be seen clinically and for this you will have to seen gynecologist, else this is nothing to worry, have a nice day.
