What Causes No Bleeding Inspite Of Taking Cytotec?

Am a nursin mother. Last wk I discovered dat I am pregnant when I missed my period. I took 3 cytotec but no bleeding. So I took 10 cytotec two days after d first one,I saw clothed blood that realy came out four hours after takin it,nd lasted for d whole day. And then the bleeding stopped. Since then my nipples are stil paining me seriously. Pls help me. This baby that am nursing was born by CS. I dnt want to pass through any stress for now,that's why am tryin so hard to abort this pregnancy

Understand your concern.
use of cytotec require prescription of gynecologist and should be used under the guidance of gynecologist. Cytotec used for medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy up to 63 days of pregnancy, so USG is mandatory before using pill to confirm intrauterine and gestational age of pregnancy. Cytotec dose should be modified by the gynecologist in the absent of bleeding. It should be given (800 mcg) every 3-8 hourly maximum up to 3 doses. Bleeding after pills depend on the dose and age of pregnancy. Generally bleeding start within hour after last dose. Whole process of abortion in completed in 36-48 hours in early pregnancy if there is no complication.
Causes of no bleeding after cytotec are: ectopic pregnancy, ineffective dose in without guidance of gynecologist. Never use byself as it cause serious complication. In your case I think abortion process is completed as no bleeding after 24 hours taking pills. Nipple pain may be due to extra dose of pill. But for safe practice consult the gynecologist and get the USG done know the status of abortion process, if it is incomplete, manage should be done by surgical process.
