What Causes No Ejaculation During Sex After Taking Silodal?
Hi I am Mukesh Agrawal from India, I had a problem of urine since two months and as per Doctor advise I started taking Silodal 8 mg tablet. Urine ejection problem is some what solved but I came across a new problem after taking medicine. Problem is during having sex, evacuation is not there from my penis. I felt that I have done but in actual it does not happen. Shall I consult my doctor again for this issue or is there any side effect of this medicine.

silodal is an alpha adrenergic receptor blocker. it is used in benign prostatic hyperplasia. you are right that it has the side effect of retrograde ejaculation
i want you to consult your doctor and discuss about this retrograde ejaculation of semen.it can also produce light headedness sometimes fainting .
i want you to consult your treating physician and change the drug.
