Hello doctor... My problem is, Sperm leaking while sleeping, when I face up side only its coming out... Every day it happens.... But when I sleep one side, it won t leak... But I m feeling difficult of sleeping one side. So, how can I overcome with this problem... Is there any mediation or meditation or exercise... Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I understand your concern. You are apparently suffering from nightfall. Ejaculation in dreams is called nightfall in common language. In it the person dreams about having sex with someone and generally dream breaks and person awakes at the time or immediately after ejaculation. Heavy spicy food, tight cloth and excess exertion before sleep may precipitate it. It occurs more in supine posture due to easy chances of penis getting stimulated by pressure of blanket/ quilt. It often gives rise to anxiety of losing vigour due to nightfall. It may also give rise to guilt and reduced self esteem in adolescents. Actually this is a normal phenomenon and it happens almost with every male. Light dinner, reduced fluid intake at night, avoiding tea/coffee in late evening and comfortable clothing may help in reducing its frequency. One does not lose vigour or strength due to this, and there is no increased chance of having sexual disorder in future.
