What Causes Non Healing Sores Inside The Nostrils?
Hello: I have sores inside my nostrils that have lasted for about 8-10 weeks and they will not heal and go away. What could it be from? I am a 47 y.o. white female, in good general health. I have auto-immune thyroid disease that is in remission the past couple of years. I do have some achy joint issues and have been in menopause for about a year.

It may look like a pimple or sore just inside the nose.
It often develops when hair follicles become infected.
