have sinus s cant seem the shake, been stopped up, for a while now.. also i have sneezed out this chicken breast lookin thing out of my nose had these little red vain looking things in it. my nose felt like somthing was clogging my nose and it came out after i sneezed awhole lot of times. and my nose bled a little bit what is it? done this twice the first ime was about 3 yrs ago and the last time was about 4 months ago
What you have sneezed out may be a nasal polyp. Whenever you remove the thick dried crusts or thick secretions forcefully from nose, there will be some microtrauma to nasal mucosa. That's why there will be bit bleeding from the nose. So, avoid forceful nasal clearing. Meanwhile you can use nasal decongestant drops to relieve nasal block and loosen up dry secretions.
