What Causes Nose Bleed, Headache And Increase In Heart Rate?
hi it is been 3 days now that i blow blood from my nose but not always and it is from the right side i feel it stuffed and i feel a headache and it stops when the blood stops and blood don;t come out if i don't blow it
also i don't know if i should mention also that it is been a while i can't walk a long distance or move a lot i get a heart beat so fast i can't breathe and am only 26...can you help me?

Hi u might be hypertensive or having viral upper respiratory tract infection. Empirically you can take decongestant nasal drops . Consult doctor for further evaluation.
