What Causes Nose Bleeds While Crying After Wisdom Tooth Removal?

Ever since having my wisdom teeth removed a month ago, I started getting nose bleeds when I cry. I get nose bleeds occasionally regardless, but they happen a lot more frequently now. Is it relatable to having my top wisdom teeth removed, or something more serious that I should talk to my doctor about?

In doing so your neck muscles will tighten up in the process. When your neck muscles get really tight they will compress the blood vessels so less blood is leaving your head so it backs up and soon can press through the membranes in your sinuses for the bloody nose. When the neck muscles are tight like that they are pressing into the throat as well and pressure in the area of your nasal passage will block that off to make breathing more difficult to do and the water may be finding it easier to back up into your nose than go down your throat.thanks
