Hi, I have had major nosebleeds since I was little, sometimes lasting 2-3 hours. The past few weeks they beccame more frequent and I ve been getting pains in between my chest, back, and shoulder. When I cough or laugh it sounds like a wheezing noise. The pains are mostly towards my right shoulder, and it feels like its really tense.
